Indications:
Benzathine Penicillin is primarily indicated in conditions like acute otitis media, Bacterial infections, Diphtheria carriers, Gonorrhoea, Penicillin sensitive infections, Prophylaxis of rheumatic fever, Streptococcal impetigo, Syphilis.
Contra-indications:
Benzathine Penicillin is contraindicated in conditions like Seizures.

Use in Pregnancy and Nursing Mothers:
Soluble penicillin G is excreted into human milk. The manufacturer recommends that caution be used when administering benzathine penicillin-procaine penicillin to nursing women.
