Indication Broadcast

Usage and Dosage
1. Deep subcutaneous injection: 5,000-10,000 units for the first time, 8,000-10,000 units every 8 hours or 15,000-20,000 units every 12 hours; the total amount is about 30,000-40,000 units every 24 hours, and generally can achieve satisfactory results.
2. Intravenous injection: After the first 5,000-10,000 units, or 100 units/kg every 4 hours according to body weight, dilute with sodium chloride injection and apply.
3. Intravenous infusion: Add 20,000 to 40,000 units per day to 1,000ml of sodium chloride injection for continuous infusion. Intravenous injection of 5000 units can be used as the initial dose before instillation.
4. Preventive treatment: For patients with high-risk thrombosis, it is mostly used after abdominal surgery to prevent deep vein thrombosis. Give 5000 units of heparin subcutaneously 2 hours before the operation, but epidural anesthesia should be avoided in the way of anesthesia, and then 5000 units every 8 to 12 hours for a total of about 7 days.
Adverse Reaction Broadcast
The toxicity is low, and the main adverse reaction is that excessive medication can cause spontaneous bleeding, so the coagulation time should be measured before each injection. If severe bleeding is caused after the injection, protamine sulfate can be injected intravenously for first aid (1mg protamine sulfate can neutralize 100U heparin).
Occasionally, it can cause allergic reactions and thrombocytopenia often occurs in the first 5 to 9 days of medication, so the platelet count should be monitored regularly within 1 month after starting treatment. Long-term use in patients with poor liver function can cause depletion of antithrombin- and thrombosis tendency.
Taboo Broadcast
Those who are allergic to heparin, those with spontaneous bleeding tendency, those with slow blood coagulation (such as hemophilia, purpura, thrombocytopenia), ulcer disease, trauma, postpartum hemorrhage and severe liver insufficiency are contraindicated.

Medication for Children
1. Intravenous injection: Inject 50 units of 1 kg at a time according to body weight, and then give 50-100 units every 4 hours;
2. Intravenous infusion: Inject 50 units/kg according to body weight, then give 20,000 units/m2 per day according to body surface area for 24 hours, add sodium chloride injection and instill slowly.
Medication for the Elderly
Elderly people over 60 years old, especially elderly women are more sensitive to this drug and are prone to bleeding during medication, so the dosage should be reduced and follow-up should be strengthened.
Drug Interaction Broadcast
Combination of this product with the following drugs can increase the risk of bleeding:
1. Coumarin and its derivatives can cause severe factor IX deficiency and cause bleeding;
2. Aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics, including mefenamic acid and salicylic acid, can inhibit platelet function and induce gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding;
3. Dipyridamole, dextran, etc. may inhibit platelet function;
4. Adrenal corticosteroids, corticotropic hormones, etc. can easily induce gastrointestinal ulcer bleeding;
5. Others include diuretic acid, tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA), urokinase, streptokinase, etc.
6. For heparin, drugs such as sodium bicarbonate and sodium lactate to correct acidosis can promote the anticoagulant effect of heparin.
7. The mixed injection of heparin and hyaluronidase can not only reduce the pain of intramuscular injection, but also promote the absorption of heparin. However, heparin can inhibit the activity of hyaluronidase, so the two should be used in combination temporarily, and the drugs should not be stored for a long time after mixing.
8. Heparin can interact with receptors, thereby changing the binding and action of. There have been reports of hypoglycemia caused by the liver.
9. The following drugs have incompatibility with this product: kanamycin, amikacin, daunorubicin, erythromycin lactobionate, gentamicin sulfate, h sodium succinate, polymyxin B. Adriamycin, tobramycin, vancomycin, cefamandole, cefoperazole, cefalotin sodium, chloroquine, chlorpromazine, promethazine, narcotic analgesics.
10. Methimazole, propylthiouracil and this product have a synergistic effect.
