Indications:
The drug resistance range, mechanism of action and resistance of this product are the same as oxacillin. It is mainly used for enzyme producing Staphylococcus aureus or other staphylococcus caused by sepsis, pneumonia, endocarditis, osteomyelitis or skin soft tissue infection.

Adverse reaction:
1. Allergic reaction: urticaria and other kinds of rashes are common, leukopenia, interstitial nephritis, asthma attacks and serological reactions can also occur, severe cases such as anaphylactic shock are occasionally seen; Once anaphylactic shock occurs, it is necessary to rescue on the spot, keep airway open, inhale oxygen, and give epine-phrine, glucocorticoid and other treatment measures.
2. Intravenous administration of this product can produce nausea, vomiting and elevated serum aminotransferase.
3. Large doses of this product can cause convulsions and other central nervous system toxicity.
4. Hematuria, proteinuria and uremia have been reported in infants using large doses of this product.
5. In some cases, agranulocytosis or cholestatic jaundice occurred.

Usage & Dosage:
Oral administration: It is most suitable for mild to moderate staphylococcus aureus infection, and injection should still be used for severe infection. 0.5 ~ 1g once, 3 ~ 4 times a day. 1. Intramuscular injection: 0.5 ~ 1g once, 3 ~ 4 times a day. 2. Drip: 0.5 ~ 1g once, dissolve in 100ml infusion, drip 1/2 ~ 1 hour, 4 ~ 6 times a day. The daily dosage for children is 30 ~ 50mg per kilogram of body weight, given in separate doses. The oral dose is the same.
