Characteristics:
This product is yellow or orange yellow tablet.
Indications:
1. The deficiency of folic acid caused by various causes and the anemia of giant juvenile erythrocytes caused by folic acid deficiency.
2. Prophylactic administration for pregnant and lactating women.
3. Folic acid deficiency due to chronic hemolytic anemia.
Usage And Dosage:
Oral administration: adult, 5 ~ 10mg at a time, 15 ~ 30mg a day, until blood return to normal.
For children, 5mg once, 3 times a day (or 5-15 mg in 3 times a day).
Prophylactic medication for pregnant and nursing women: 0.4mg once a day.
(1) Large dose of folic acid can antagonize the antiepileptic effects, phenytoin sodium and pramidone, which can significantly reduce the critical value of epileptic seizures and increase the number of seizures in sensitive patients;
(2) Taking large doses of folic acid orally can affect the absorption of zinc.
Notes:
1. Intravenous injection is easy to cause adverse reactions, so it is not suitable for use; Intramuscular injection, should not be injected with vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C in the same tube.
2. Oral large dose of folic acid can affect the absorption of trace element zinc.
3. Use only when the diagnosis is clear. For experimental treatment, the physiological dose (0.5mg a day) should be taken orally.
