Indications:
1. Treatment of tetany caused by calcium deficiency, acute hypocalcemia, alkalosis and hypoparathyroidism;
2. Allergic diseases;
3. Relief of magnesium poisoning;
4. Relief of fluorosis;
5. Use in cardiac resuscitation (such as high blood potassium or low blood calcium, or the rescue of cardiac dysfunction caused by calcium channel block).
Contraindications:
1. People who are allergic to any ingredient in this product should not be allowed;
2. Do not use this product during the application of cardiac glycosides;
3. Contraindicated in patients with hypercalcemia.
Usage & Dosage:
Dilute with 10% glucose injection and inject slowly, not more than 5ml per minute. For adults with hypocalcemia, once lg, can be repeated as needed; For hypermagnesia, once l-2g; For fluorosis relief, intravenous injection of this product lg; Repeat after 1 hour, if tetany can be static injection of 3g; If there is fluoride damage to skin tissue, apply 10% calcium gluconate 50mg per square centimeter of damaged area. For children with hypocalcemia, slow intravenous infusion at body weight of 25mg/kg (6.8mg calcium). However, due to its irritability, this product is generally not used for children.
