Indications:
Cardioplegia is added to the cardioplegia solution during cardiac surgery to protect the abnormal myocardial metabolism in the condition of myocardial ischemia.
Dosage:
Follow the doctor's advice, 1g(1 bottle) each time, dissolve water for injection, 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection within 30 to 45 minutes, intravenous infusion, 1 to 2 times a day. Add cardiac arrest fluid to protect myocardium during cardiac surgery; The concentration in the cardiac arrest fluid is 10mmol/L.
Precautions & Warning:
Rapid intravenous administration of more than 1g of sodium creatine phosphate may cause a drop in blood pressure.
Large doses (5 to 10g/ day) cause large phosphate intake, which may affect calcium metabolism and the secretion of hormones regulating homeostasis, and affect purine metabolism of renal function.
The above large doses should be used with caution and only for short-term use.
