Composition:
Each 2ml ampoule contains pyridoxine 100mg.
Contra-indications:
It should not be used in patients who is hypersentive to Pyridoxine.
Indications:
Pyridoxine is used in the treatment and prevebtiob of pyridoxine deficiency states. Pyridoxine has been used in the treatment of sideroblastic anaemias and certian metabolic disorders, also been used to treat selzures due to hereditary syndromes of pyridoxine deficiency or dependency in infants. Pyridoxine has also been tried in a wide variety of other disorders, including the treatment of depression and other symptoms asociated with the premenstrual syndrome.
Dosage and Administration:
Pyridoxine may be administered by the intramuscular route, and also by intravenous or subcutaneous routes. Doses of 50-100mg daily in divided doses have been recommended.
Side -effects and Special Precautions:
Long-term admidnistration of large doses of pyridoxine is associated with the development severe peripheralneurpathies. Pyridoxine reduced the effects of levodopa, but this does not accur if a dopa decarboxylase inhibitor is also given.

Vitamin B6 injection 100mg/2m, 10ampoules per box.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool dry place and protect from light. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
