Indications:
Indications are for the short-term treatment of post-traumatic pain, inflammation and swelling. For example: sprain. - Pain, inflammation and swelling after surgery. For example: after dental and orthopaedic surgery. Ob/GYN pain and/or inflammation. For example: primary dysmenorrhea or adnexitis. Spinal pain syndrome. Nonarticular rheumatism. A migraine attack. As an adjunct treatment of severe infectious painful inflammation in ENT department. For example: pharyngeal tonsillitis, otitis. According to the principle of conventional treatment, the primary disease should be given appropriate basic treatment. Not suitable for patients with simple fever.
Contra-indications:
1. The main manifestations of gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, indigestion, flatulence and anorexia. A few patients may have gastric or intestinal ulcers and gastric mucosal bleeding.
2. Central nervous system: occasionally headache, dizziness, vertigo, insomnia, etc. Occasionally visual impairment, hearing impairment, taste impairment, non-infectious meningitis may occur.
3. Skin: can have a transient rash. Severe skin reactions are rare.
4. Genitourinary system: occasionally decreased kidney function, can lead to water and sodium retention. Individual cases may present acute renal insufficiency, hematuria, nephrotic syndrome.
5. Blood: very rare thrombocytopenia, reduced white blood cell count, agranulocytosis, hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia.
Usage & Dosage:
1. Take orally before meals.
2. Adults, 100-150mg/ day; For those with mild symptoms and children over 14 years of age, 75-100mg/ day is given in 2-3 doses.
3. Primary dysmenorrhea, the general dose 50-150mg/ day, according to the condition can be increased to the maximum dose, 200mg/ day, or follow the doctor's advice.
